The lightly sprung latch will retract fully with only 25-30-degree depression of a lever or knob handle, making opening and closing doors effortless. The key operated deadbolt can be locked and unlocked from both sides. For enhanced security, both the latch and deadbolt are made from solid brass. These sash locks are finished in elegant polished brass that complements your door handles and other home decor.
