This product listing is for a tap and adapter set designed to provide an outlet tap for a water butt, rain barrel, or water tank. The tap included in this set is a traditional brass bib tap with a nickel coating, resulting in a shiny silver finish that doesn't tarnish like regular brass. It features a 1/2" bsp thread and can be screwed into either a 21mm hole or a 1/2" bsp female thread. The tap is equipped with a universal click-lock hose connector fitting, which is compatible with all other hose connector brands. The supplied adapter allows you to connect the tap to your water container. To install it, you simply remove the nut and washer, insert the tap through your pre-made hole, and then reapply the nut and washer from the inside. This item includes two washers, ensuring that you can place one on each side of the container wall.
