This model incorporated a humidistat (condensation sensor) that turns the fan on when relative humidity exceeds 65%. When the level drops the fan timer triggers and after the elapsed time the fan switches off. Can also be connected to operate with the room light switch, when the light is switched on the fan operates, when the light is switched off the fan continues to run on for the pre-set time. Permanent live, switched live and neutral (3 cores and earth) required at fan position for timer option to function correctly. This model must be connected to a permanently energised circuit that is not routinely switched off.
