Ultra slim axial extractor fan for kitchen, utility room or larger bathrooms.
Built in humidity (condensation) sensor automatically switches fan on when condensation is detected, then off after a pre-set time. Additionally the fan can be connected to run in conjunction with the room light switch, so that when the room light is switched on the fan starts, then after a pre-set time the fan switches off. This fan requires at a permanent live connection. If using the timer option a permanent live, switched live and neutral (3 cores, excluding earth) connections are required. In any case this fan needs to be connected to a permanently energised circuit that is not routinely switched off.
