This model incorporates an automatic condensation (humidity) sensor which automatically switches the fan on when the condensation level builds up. Once the condensation clears the fan automatically switches off.
Additionally there is a a run-on timer which operates in connection with the room light switch. When the light is switched on the fan starts, when the light is switched off the fan continues to run for the pre-set period. Permanent live, switched live and neutral wires (3 cores excluding earth) are required at the fan position in order to function correctly.
