Welcome to the "Bivvy Brolly", an innovative combined fishing bivvy and fishing umbrella. This impressive umbrella bivvy shelter has a good quality powder-coated steel shaft and sturdy 4mm steel rod ribs for durability and strength. It features a height-adjustable central pole with a variable angle canopy tilt mechanism. When used upright as an umbrella, the two side flaps can be rolled up and tied back out of the way. You'll notice that one of the ribs is slightly shorter than the others. This is so that you can lay one side of the canopy flat to the ground to make it more level and to increase stability when using it as a bivvy shelter. When used in "bivvy mode" the centre pole can be unscrewed and completely removed, if you wish, to allow for extra space inside. Or, alternatively, you can leave it attached to provide additional stability. The shelter has two side panels with fibreglass rod supports to keep wind and rain out. The side panels incorporate moulded fittings for attaching the nylon guy lines at the top, and steel pegs at the bottom. A moulded top piece is provided on top of the canopy for you to attach an additional guy-line if you wish. A matching green carry bag is included. Comes complete with 9 x pegs and 2 x guy lines Peak height when used as a bivvy 140 cm (47″) Width 200 cm (66″) Depth (front to back) 110 cm (43″) 8 x 110 cm long spokes/ribs Packed length 136 cm (53.5″)
