The Titon XR16 Trickle Vent is a flush-fit, recessed trickle vent with a sleek design and easy operation. Manufactured by Titon, whose ventilators have been specified and fitted on millions of windows throughout the UK and Europe over the past 20 years, these vents are trusted to provide optimum airflow to your home. This plastic slot ventilator fits over a 16mm slot in a window and provides an Equivalent Area Airflow of 4600mm² when fitted with the XC16 canopy. It is ideal for use on new build properties or window refurbishment projects in existing properties, and is suitable for timber windows. The vent has been specifically developed to meet recent revisions to Part F of the Building Regulations for Ventilation (England and Wales) and is optimised for use with the Scottish Technical Standards, improving performance for requirements throughout the UK and Europe. The product has a length of 351 x 22mm and an overall slot size of 312 x 16mm (with a 22mm recess). It is available in White, Black, or Brown. The vent features an uprated design to improve performance and regulatory compliance, along with a unique occupant-controllable tilting T-bar. There is no projection when the vent is closed, allowing for ease of window stacking. It recesses over a 16mm slot and is based on the successful Trimvent® principle. Additionally, it has a sculpted finger recess, a patented and registered design, and is supplied with a paint protection adhesive cover. Please note: Screws are not included.
