'Dragon' F1 is faster maturing and has a slightly milder taste Radish 'China Rose', so you’ll be harvesting smooth, pink-red skinned cylindrical roots up to 10cm long in just 50 days from earliest sowings. Alternatively, later sowings provide delicious 'winter radishes'. 'Dragon' F1 is fully winter hardy and the roots are superb sliced in salads and stir fries. Companion planting: try growing radishes with mint to deter flea beetles, which chew irregular holes in the leaves.
