The bar 200mm long has a male square drive at one end and a matching female square drive recess at the opposite end, allowing its use as an extension bar. The sliding piece has the same size square drive, turning the bar into an effective Tee handle. In the case of the 3/8" size the sliding piece is also a square drive adaptor 3/8" M to 1/2".
