Prunus Lusitanica Angustifolia, also known as the Portuguese Laurel, is a more formal, elegant version of this popular evergreen hedging plant. Bears glossy narrow deep green leaves and will create an amazing privacy hedge for any garden. They are average growing, growing approx 30-60cm per year. Laurels can be cut multiple times per year if required, but a simple autumn cut once a year will keep them at your desired height. Will grow in all gardens in any position and are also shade tolerant. This variety of Laurel also has small white flowers and berries in winter, with the stems being a dark glossy pink colour.
