This listing is for a 30m length of porous pipe which is used for garden irrigation and delivers the water directly to the roots where it is needeed most.By delivering directly to the roots you are not loosing water due to evaporation and can save up to 80% on required water.This item comes with a male universal click-lock hose connector on one end and a blanking cap on the other which can be removed to drain the system or link another length.Porous pipe is designed to be used at low pressure so you get an even flow along the whole length on the hose.If you have too high a pressure it will spurt out the first few meters and create uneven watering,it will also damage the pipe.To get the most efficient use of this pipe lengths of no more than 30m is suggested.We have included a pressure reducing washer which is placed behind the male hose connector attached to the pipe.If you experience uneven watering over the length of the pipe this washer may be removed to increase the flow
