An award-winning and established variety which brings soft, creamy-white flowers to the garden in May and June in double form.Paeonia are best planted as a bare root in cooler months. Flowers are blousy and ruffled with an exquisite fragrance that will waft across the garden on summer breezes - enticing in pollinators for a nectar-rich feast. There will be plenty of flower for both the garden and the vase. Plant Paeonia lactiflora 'Duchesse de Nemours' in moist, well-drained soil which benefits from either full sun or partial shade, with any aspect other than north-facing. Matures to a height of 80cm with a spread of 85cm.
