LOOK: The Penstemon 'King George V' is a semi-evergreen perennial that produces lovely bell shaped crimson flowers during the Summer and Autumn months and is very bee and pollinating insect friendly. SOIL: This plant is best planted in well drained soil and can be planted in exposed or sheltered areas of the garden. This plant requires protecting in colder areas over the winter using dry winter mulch. SUNLIGHT: This plant can tolerate being plant in a South, East or West facing position in the garden in full sun to partial shade.
