A-grade on the front provides a premium consistent finish that is smooth and visually appealing, and small pin knots are allowed. B-grade offers added stability and durability to the overall structure, with knots typically up to 35mm. Please note that as a natural product, and this is a very thin material, there could be a slight bow or twist when placed on a flat surface. This is normal and we recommend that the ends are taped down when used with a laser cutter. There is a small tolerance in thickness of +/-0.15mm Medite Premier MDF conforms to E1 formaldehyde levels, as well as complying with the lower levels required by CARB phase 2 (CARB Phase 2 compliant <0.11ppm).
