The C836 exterior cornice is a new addition to our range. The profile is based upon our C336 design which was seized upon by prestigious developers in the South East and has since been added to our range as a pre-finished external eaves detail. The C836 measures 26.6cm x 27.1cm tall and spans 37cm from tip to tip. If you're looking for exterior eaves detailing for new build in England, Wales, or Scotland you could jump in your car and look at what the local merchants have on offer. Sadly you'll be likely to be offered very little choice, very little is available and if anything the only option will be heavy cast stone products. The lightweight polyurethane of Orac covings is far easier to install than any stone material and available to much shorter lead-times. We recommend installation to be let as part of the carpentry package, and are happy to talk through any queries you might have prior to installation. Fix the C836 with FDP700 (along the lengths top & bottom) and use FX200 joint adhesive on all butt joints and mitres. Our C836 cornice looks best on substantial detached properties, please ensure there is at least 350mm head height above the windows to achieve the best visual balance.
