A multi-function nail bar made by Japanese manufacturer Mokuba. This very tough tool is forged from hardened premium quality carbon steel. Using a nail punch to drive home small nails and tacks allows the nail head to be sunk flush in to the wood without any contact to the surrounding surface, as would be the case when a hammer alone is used. The nail driver can also be used to gain access to tight spots. The end of the nail punch features a slightly concave end to allow nails to be easily located and stop them from slipping. On the other end, a cats paw nail puller can be used to lift and remove nails or tacks. A flat striking surface allows it to be driven around a nail head with a hammer if required. The striking surface on the back of the claw bar doubles as a hammer head which can be used to replace delicate nails and tacks. Down the centre of the tool is a groove which can be used as an anvil for straightening nails or tacks which are to be reused on the project.
