The Metal Wall Trim is a practical solution for terminating flat roofing membranes such as EPDM rubber at wall abutments. Installation is straightforward – the trim fits snugly into the wall chase (angle-grinder required), and the chase is sealed using black mastic/sealant, ensuring a watertight seal. Each trim package includes four self-sealing hex fasteners for securing the trim to the wall. Please note that wall plugs are not included. This versatile trim can also function as a drip trim for flat roofs and allows for both side and top installation methods.
