This item enables you to connect MDPE water supply pipes to copper pipes. It is compatible with 20mm, 25mm, or 32mm MDPE compression fittings and can be used with 15mm, 22mm, or 28mm copper pipes. Due to the different connection requirements of MDPE and copper pipes for a watertight seal, this adaptor is essential. To ensure a leak-free seal on the copper pipe, it is recommended to use a small amount of PTFE plumbers tape on the thread where it joins the adaptor and around the olive washer.
