This Ken Hom Excellence 32cm Carbon Steel Wok, is a traditional Chinese carbon-steel seasoning wok, crafted from 1.8mm gauge carbon steel. A natural, non-stick surface called a patina will develop over time and through use. Complete with a beech handle hanging loop as well as a helper handle.
