This product is designed to efficiently draw water or other liquids from a portable 1000-liter IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) tank equipped with a 2" S60x6 coarse-threaded outlet. The coarse thread on these tanks is easily identifiable, featuring only 2–3 rows of thread, compared to fine BSP threads that have significantly more. A key advantage of this kit is its user-friendly design, addressing common challenges with IBC tank outlets. The outlet threads on these tanks are often recessed, making it difficult to attach it securely and position the tap upright. This kit overcomes these obstacles with a swivel tightening system. This innovative feature allows you to tighten onto the thread while keeping the support stationary, ensuring easy installation and precise alignment of the tap at your desired angle. Additionally, the barrel extends the outlet approximately 20 cm outward from the tank, creating more space for operation. This added clearance moves the tap away from the tank's metal support cage, making it much more convenient to access and use.
