Hyssopus officinalis 'Tricolour Mixed' is a pretty blend producing purple, pink and white flowers from midsummer to autumn. This aromatic shrubby herb has a multitude of culinary and medicinal uses, adding a tang to meat or salads, and flavouring teas. Great for herb gardens, planting in a wildlife area or for bulking up herbaceous borders. Hyssop is loved by pollinating insects and also makes an attractive low hedge with foliage that’s semi-evergreen in mild areas. Culinary note: Try hyssop as a refreshing tea or add it to soups and salads too.The Kew Pollinators range of seeds from Thompson and Morgan has been specially created alongside the experts at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew to attract and support a wide range of pollinators, including bees, butterflies and beetles, as well as a number of other important pollinating insects. Helping these pollinators to thrive is hugely important for our eco-system as a whole and these seeds, in their striking packaging inspired by artwork from the Kew archives, will help to create the environment which they need to thrive, with varieties chosen to help a wide range of pollinating insects, including some night flowering plants to help moths which also play an important part in our gardens.Product specifications:Position: Full SunHeight: Up to 60cm when fully establishedSpread: Up to 100cm when fully establishedSupplied as 1x Hyssopus officinalis 'Tricolour Mixed' Kew Pollination Collection seed packet (approx. 150 seeds)Harvest Flowering period – July to SeptemberImages shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity.
