Choose a position in sun or semi-shade when growing Thompson & Morgan Honeysuckle ‘Halliana’ and plant in fertile, moist, free-draining soil against a sturdy support such as trellis, walls or pergolas. Improve poor soil conditions by adding in plenty of well-rotted manure or garden compost. If growing in containers, use a good quality soil based compost. Feed and water Thompson & Morgan Honeysuckle ‘Halliana’ regularly throughout the growing season until they are fully established. Honeysuckle plants are susceptible to aphid damage, particularly when grown in full sun, so check young shoot tips regularly.
