This hand wash station operates in much the same way as an electric shower. The small unit heats water to a controllable stabilised temperature level and the heated water exits a nozzle at the end of a 24cm arm. These units are perfect for use in buildings where an combination gas boiler would be overkill or impossible, and where an immersion-heater tank would be impractical either due to the infrequency or indeed frequency of hot water usage. The unit is slim at only 80mm in depth and stylish thanks to its simple design. This item is for fixed installation and therefore does not have a plug fitted. You can fit a plug (13 amp fuse) or the unit can be connected to a fused spur connection unit. No cable is included. Suitable heat resisting cable should be used to connect the unit to the mains electricity supply. A 15mm compression type elbow will be required to connect to the water supply.
