We use a dedicated pallet courier service to deliver your Premium Lawn turf directly to your home. While most deliveries are made by 18-tonne rigid trucks designed to access most UK addresses, larger vehicles might be used in some cases. If you have any concerns about delivery vehicle size or access restrictions, please let us know when we call you to book in your delivery. For smooth unloading with a manual pallet trolley, a flat, level surface is required. Deliveries are typically made kerbside. However, our drivers will make every effort to accommodate your preferred placement, such as on your driveway, whenever possible. Deliveries are scheduled between 8 am and 2 pm, Tuesday to Friday.
