This bed frame is a high-quality ottoman storage bed. It can be opened from either the left or right side ensuring it will function perfectly for you. Just mount the gas lift mechanism on the side which suits you. The bed features hydraulic gas lift arms that raise the mattress base revealing huge amounts of storage space. The frame will remain upright once lifted to give you both hands-free to remove or store items underneath. Supplied with a woven cloth that fits with Velcro on the base of the bed so you are not storing items directly onto your bedroom floor. The inside Storage Height is 25cm on all sides, allowing the metal mattress frame to sit slightly below the level of the footboard and side rails. The mattress support system is made of wooden sprung slats, held in place by plastic clips which fit neatly into the metal frame. The bed frame remains upright once lifted.
