Polemonium ‘Stairway to Heaven’, also known as Jacob’s Ladder, is a compact shrub with green, pinnate foliage with margins of cream and pink which create a colourful medley alongside the tiny, bell-shaped, soft blue flowers which appear from mid to late Spring.
