This item allows you to connect a 20mm MDPE water supply pipe to a garden tap. It consists of two parts: an MDPE backplate with a compression fitting that ensures a secure, leak-free connection to the 20mm water pipe. Once the pipe is connected, the backplate can be screwed into any solid wall, fence, or freestanding post, providing a stable base that prevents movement when using the tap. The tap features an easy-turn lever handle that goes from fully on to fully off with a quarter turn. Made from nickel-plated brass, the tap offers the durability of brass with a shiny, non-tarnish nickel finish. It also includes a removable hose barb outlet. When attaching the tap to the backplate, use a small amount of plumber's tape to prevent leaks and to ensure the tap remains upright.
