In contrast to firewood, lignite briquettes are a product of consistent quality with a long burning time and higher calorific heat value, with the embers often staying warm for hours afterwards. The Bale is Wrapped is a weatherproof plastic foil and is convenient, clean and compact which makes it ideal for storing indoors or near the fireplace. Due to its low Sulphur Content Lignite briquettes are suitable for burning on Traditional Open Fires or Closed Appliances including Multi Fuel Stoves.
