Fastwarm 12mm PEX AL PEX pipework is a low profile retro-fit pipework and is designed to be housed within one of Fastwarms low profile fixing systems. The PEX AL PEX pipework is industry leading pipework and is fully WRAS approved meaning off-cuts can be used for first fix pipework. (Meaning no waste). Pipe PEX AL PEX, made from a 5-layer composite material using PEX (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) as the inner and outer layers coupled with a 0.2 mm thick aluminium core with butt welded construction. Able to service temperatures up to 95°C, Pex-al-Pex piping can withstand a working pressure of 10bar. Guaranteed for 25 years and with an aluminium core to prevent the ingress of oxygen, it is no wonder that this corrosion-free piping is the firm favourite of underfloor heating installers.
