Produced in the small village of La Rambla, Cordoba, in Southern Spain, where a history of making pots dates back to prehistoric times. Before first use, soak in water for 3-5 hours and let dry out completely. If using rarely it is wise to soak again for an hour and let it dry before using again. Please avoid abrupt temperature variations. El Toro Oven Dishes can safely be heated up to 300 degrees Celsius.
