Plum 'Mirabelle de Nancy' is a vigorous, upright variety producing heavy crops of classic, yellow, small French plums from September. The incredibly sweet, stone free fruits ripen from white to honey yellow and are excellent eaten fresh or cooked.Self-fertile,but another partner tree will increase yields. Produces a heavy crop which often needs to be thinned if fruits are to be produced each year. Left to its own devices the sheer weight of fruit may well break the branches of the tree.Harvest between Mid-August to late September.
