STIR THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE. For new or bare surfaces apply 2 coats of Dulux Heritage Primer Undercoat followed by 2 coats of Eggshell. Where a strong colour change is involved extra costs may be needed. Allow 6 hours before applying subsequent coats. Surface preparation To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry).
