A stunning evergreen hardy shrub. Gorgeous bright red flower spikes in abundance, putting on a striking display of colour in mid-summer. New foliage emerges with a pretty pink blush, ageing to a dark green all year round. The leaves leave a pleasant lemon smell when crushed. An exotic-looking plant but UK fully hardy.
