The gap between each pane is filled with argon gas to enhance the thermal insulation of the product leading to superb energy efficiency. Triple Sealed Our units are sealed between panes with a triple layer seal that is 80% thicker than the industry standard. We are so confident in the longevity of this seal, that we guarantee the seal for 20 years. In the unlikely event you have any issues with condensation between panes, don't worry, you're covered for a free replacement. Full Ceramic Border Our Frameless Roof Window stands out from the competition with its clean ceramic border. Most frameless rooflights on the market have a painted border on the top pane that is designed to protect seal from UV rays, as UV can cause deterioration of the seal. Our borders are ceramic meaning the paint and glass are baked at over 400 degrees celcius to ensure the glass and paint are fused completely. You can be confident in the longevity of the border and also, as a result, the longevity of the seal it protects. Easy Installation We have tailored our installation method to ensure this skylight is easy to install to your upstand no matter the waterproofing membrane used. Each roof light comes with a set of installation instructions tailored to the size you have ordered and includes DOWSIL 791 Sealant.
