Smartseal Brick Sealer is a professional-grade, solvent-free, breathable, clear, impregnating coating system. Once applied, the brick sealer alters the chemical structure of the hard surface. This provides an excellent water repellent and stain resistant barrier which is suited for bricks, masonry and facades. Furthermore, it protects against water ingress into brickwork and soiling. Areas with Smartseal impregnating brick sealer applied will stay cleaner and drier, lessening deterioration and subsidising future cleaning expenses. For optimum results, apply generously to allow a complete saturation. On the majority of brickwork, average coverage is around 5m² per litre. For stonework & specialist bricks, coverage up to 10m² per litre can be seen on average. Application Guide: Ensure that there is no water or dirt & grime on the surface area. Apply ONE coat of Smartseal Brick Sealer with Roller, Sprayer or Paintbrush. Allow to 24 hours for the sealer to completely cure.
