BAL XL Floor one is a semi rapid tile adhesive for large format tiles. This flexible tile adhesive can be used on floors both internally and externally in dry or wet environments. With an extended open time up to 1 hour and pot life of 1.5 hours allows bigger mixes and longer runs. Removing the need for additional leveller, it can be used up to 25mm bed depth in one application, so it is ideal for patch repair and levelling small areas. This high-strength adhesive is perfect for most types of substrates and is especially recommended for tiles and slabs of uneven thickness. With its drying time of 6 hours this adhesive can be grouted on after only an overnight wait. BAL XL Floor one can be used with underfloor and under tile heating.
