BAL Flex One is an enhanced tile adhesive with its long open and working time, excellent non-slip properties and may be grouted in as little as six hours. With an extended pot life of 2.5 hours and open time of 45 minutes, this flexible adhesive allows you to work at your own pace on your tiling project. This adhesive is particularly recommended for large format tiles, areas of total immersion in water, heated screeds and areas subject to movement and vibration. This standard setting tile adhesive has a thixotropic and fluid formulation with super smooth gel rheology which makes tile fixing easier – especially with larger tile types. Use a bed depth of up to 15mm which is perfect for building out on problematic areas. BAL Flex one also offers excellent grab, non-slip and non-slump which exceeds the requirements of a EN 12004 for a “T” rated adhesive. Please note, this BAL Flex One is not suitable for large format thin panels (3m x 1m in size).
