Flowering from July to September, Agapanthus ‘Ever Sparkle’ is a compact, semi-dwarf variety at only 40cm tall. The first of its kind to feature an extended flowering period with bicoloured indigo and white bloom, this free-flowering variety is tough and hardy as well as being drought tolerant. Ideal for our hotter summers and a must-have for your garden, ‘Ever Sparkle’ is perfect for patio containers and borders to bring beautiful colour interest to your garden. How to grow:Grow Agapanthus plants in rich fertile, well-drained soil, in a sunny position. When growing Agapanthus in patio containers use a soil based compost, such as John Innes No.3.Feed and water African Lilies regularly throughout the growing season. Leave faded Agapanthus flower stems intact to enjoy their architectural seed heads during autumn. When the first frost blackens the seed heads, cut the stems back to ground level. Protect plants outdoors from severe winter weather by providing a dry mulch of bark chips or straw in late autumn. Container grown plants can be moved to a frost-free position over winter. Divide agapanthus clumps in spring when they become over crowded. Please note: This product cannot be delivered outside the United Kingdom.Product specifications:Position: Sun or Semi Shade Height: Up to 40cm (16in)Spread: Up to 40cm (16in)Supplied as 1 x 9cm Potted PlantImages shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity.
